The COST Action CA23148 European Network for the Integrative Approach of Urban Forestry is preparing an exciting series of activities for 2026, designed to advance research, practice, and collaboration in urban forestry across Europe.
Our program involves international meetings, specialized training schools, and funding opportunities to support mobility and knowledge exchange.
Highlights include:
- Meetingsin Antalya (Turkey) and Malmö (Sweden) to foster dialogue among researchers, municipalities, and stakeholders.
- Training Schoolson key topics such as stakeholder engagement, canopy cover assessment, and innovative technologies for urban tree inventories.
- Grantsfor Short-Term Scientific Missions, Virtual Mobility, and conference participation, some of them, specially aimed at early-career researchers and colleagues from Inclusiveness Target Countries.
Together, we will strengthen the science-policy-practice interface and co-create tools for resilient and sustainable urban forests.
