About the Poject

Towards sustainable and inclusive urban forests — connecting science, cities and communities across Europe

Urban Forestry Network is a European network promoting a sustainable, inclusive and science-based approach to urban forestry. It connects researchers, professionals, policymakers and communities to improve the planning and management of urban forests. Through tools like the Urban Forest Index, knowledge exchange and capacity building, it supports long-term strategies that enhance the social, environmental and economic value of trees in cities.
